I bought an expensive laptop and it works good. I also bought the 2 year Geek Squad plan. Then I lost my charger. I was told by Best Buy that they would not replace it. It would've been nice if Best Buy would have replaced the charger. They should offer to replace the chargers at least once. The laptop cost $2,000 with the Geek Squad plan.

Luckily I have not had to utilize the 1 year Geek Squad protection yet but I have known others to use it in the past and it’s a must when buying electronics, I feel anyway!

It was easy to take in the computer I dropped for repair. Getting the accidental insurance was worth it.

I bought this accidental protection policy just in case anything should happen. No one knows what tomorrow may bring so I can’t recommend this enough and for the price it is peace of mind.

Ive had quite a bit of problems with buying the open box computers at BB. However, BB has been exceptional in taking the problem computers back with full credit. So A+.

Haven't had to use you the service yet but based on previous experiences with the Geek Squad I expect nothing less than great service.

I experienced a problem downloading the security software. I called the help line number and I was scheduled a in store appointment. The tech corrected my problem and help me complete the process. I am very satisfied with the service.

The extended warranty is a Best Buy are the best if something happens you’re bringing in any issue you a brand new one no questions asked I purchased this on all my products

The extra money that costs for geek protection is worth the money. If you don’t know how to fix issues with software or viruses geek squad is my go-to for fixing my issues.

Remember to always get the extended warranty for expensive electronic devices. They will come in handy if you ever need to have anything repaired and or replaced.

Never know when you need repairs, better safe than sorry.

Protection is too expensive but if something happens its good to have. We have a lot of devices and it could become costly for our family. For families who have three or more devices should be offered a reasonable family protection plan.

I haven't had to use the geek squad protection plan yet but from what was described, if they actually cover everything they claim to, its an amazing value! If you have the money, I'd recommend investing in this plan.
