The best of the best when it comes to electronic repair

I bought this plan with a new laptop purchased for work. I have not filed any claim on the plan and hopefully never have to do that. Bit it’s a peace of mind knowing I’m covered.

Feels great knowing I will have protection if anything ever happens to my laptop and not have to worry about how I would pay for another one

Worth the price for the security of knowing you have trust worthy and knowledgeable technicians to help you if needed. Also used them to help upgrade my son's gaming PC

The good news is the product was so good that I didn't have to use the Geek Squad, but I have heard good things about them. regardless I think it's good to have the protection.

I do not right now have insurance for the computer

This plan is well worth it! I have had to use it a few times and the agents fixed my issues quickly and professionally.

For the insurance for this product. It’s okay, because covered everything. But the only grown thing is, that insurance is to high

This is my first Geek Squad protection purchase, and it's more practical than purchasing similar plans through the manufacturers by far. My family has bought Geek Squad protection for their laptops for years and swear by it.

Have had good results from Geek squad reworking a new but very poorly operating Lenovo Yoga 920 Laptop with hardware problems and later several software issues with the same PC. Always make an appointment before going to the Store.

The beat way to go is adding the Geek Squad protection on your purchase. The peace of mind that comes with coverage, is worth every dime of this small in cost but oh so big value.

Geek squad transferred my data to my laptop and installed the necessary software I purchased in a very short time. They are very patient and clear in answering my questions.

I PURCHASED THIS FOR MY SON'S CHROMEBOOK FOR CHRISTMAS ALREADY USING IT BC HE CRACED THE SCREEN. HE SAID IT HE DIDN'T BUT WHO DID UGU! ALWAYS BUY TH PROTECTON PLAN

I havent used this service yet but it offers a good peace of mind. Just the ability to have the battery replaced after 3 years will most likely make this worth it
