I purchased the 3-year warranty on a laptop. The display started doing some odd things. Since it didn’t do it for them they said they weren’t sure what it was. Apparently if I had paid for their membership they would have run diagnostics for free. If there turns out to be an issue with the display or the graphics card, they do not fix it in house. They would have to ship it off and it could take weeks to get back. I should have purchased the manufacturers extended warranty instead.

I always preach to my family and friends to purchase a warranty especially from Best Buy, they have some of the best warranties available.

I love the fact that the geek squad will cover my laptop computer. I have not used this service yet, but am glad that I purchased it.

I love how fast they work and how great they are at their job. The geek squad is the best people and the only people I trust with my things.
