Doesnt include software malfunctions
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Be warned this doesnt cover if there is a software malfunction on your computer, they will try and sell you the total tech coverage which is an additional $199. My laptop is a game software and windows 10 was overriding an update that the computer needed and they wanted to charge me for it after i had the geek squad protection. I was not happy need less to say after almost an hour my laptop was fixed and I didnt have to pay anything.

Geek squad for the win!
