Best Buy's warranty is the best by far. I always recommend that you add the warranty to all the products you buy at Best Buy.

you get a warranty,. you be send it off. no telling when you will get it back. Greek squad you take it in, and they will contact you when it's ready.

I usually don’t get coverage but Best Buy has been great about their service.

If you're new to Best Buy, trust me, you want their service plan! It's always worth it & they always provide the best service! They make it right or they make it new!

I do not buy a laptop or iPad without also getting the Geek Squad protection. My iPad stopped charging after 8 months and Best Buy ended up just sending me a new one.

Not all products are built well I had to take my laptop back to geek squad and it was repaired because of the total support plan

When you can get full repair or replacement when something goes wrong, outside of the manufacturer's warranty, it's a good deal.

I’m so happy to have had geeksquad on my side when i need my laptop screen replaced! They were super friendly and helpful! Plus it was fixed in a timely manner!

I have not had to use this yet but it just makes it nice to know I have the option to use it if I need to.

I’ve always found the Geek Squad protection a very good value. It gives excellent piece of mind.

They helped me get going on my computer and set it up for me the geek squad is great I have a few friends and family use them a lot.

Geek Squad installed Outlook which enables me to view all of my email accounts without have to toggle back & forth in Gmail.

Best Buy's warranty plans are always a great value!

I would never buy a laptop, camera, etc... without the geek squad for at least 2 yrs preferably 3, bcuz cost out of pocket to replace is a joke in this market.
