I hesitated to purchase the accidental coverage but 1 month to the day after my laptop purchase the touchscreen shattered and is 100% covered! Totally recommend!

Its great, always get the service plan on items because if you drop it or smash it, youre covered.

Good for things that are expected to last more than a year such as washer and dryer. Otherwise I'd just purchase 1yr and add more time at the end of year before instance expires.

I only gave it 4 stars because I haven't needed to use it. But I always recommend some type of warranty when dealing with electronics. We will see what type of service they provide if and when I ever have to use it.

geek squad is great for all households who don't have a computer geek in it, they can fix any electronic problem

We used this alot with our electronic products, they were great at fixing a serious problem from a computer hack

This was great for all of my computers, helped remove unwanted things off of my computers.
