    Gret laptop for teen. Chrome books weren't enough for my teen but this does the trick.

    About six months into having my laptop the touch screen as well as the pen stylist stopped working, A year and a half after the purchase I started having problems with the screen freezing up on me. It went for repair with geek squad twice. Afterwhich I was able to return the laptop because it was within two years of me purchasing it. Thank goodness I had Geek Squad!

    The three-year accidental protection is not cheap but is like an insurance protection. It is comforting to know that my daughter's computer will be cared for if an accident happens.
