Great insurance against accidental breakage. I have been able to get a new computer for a much-reduced price when my computer had unrepairable damage. I was exceedingly please to have this protection. It costs a little more when purchasing the computer, but it proved to be a life-saver when the computer was damaged beyonf repair and I got a new computer almost free.

The sale clerk was not pushy. The sales clerk was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I always purchased the warranty for any laptop I purchase. I usually need to use it at least once. This time the touch screen on my computer stopped working and I was able to bring it to Geek Squad and they shipped it off and the screen was replaced free of charge. The downside is that I found it surprising that Geek Squad could not do a screen replacement in the store and would need to ship it off and I would havento wait 5-6 weeks (supposedly due to COVID) to get my laptop back.

solid warranty protection. no worries if i ever have any issues with this laptop for 3 whole years!

Have not used the Geek Service Quad, but for the cost of the item it made sense to purchase. It’s a just in case purchase.

Had a problem with my new laptop. I took the laptop in. The tech explained I had shut down during an update and it could not complete the operation causing the unit to not turn on properly. The update was running in the background, and I was unaware the update was running. had only had the laptop for a few hours when this happened. They scheduled a Tech Appointment immediately. the appointment only took a few minutes, was totally painless. And the Tech resolved my problem right there.

Purchased for my son in college and having this protection on his new laptop gives me great peace of mind.

Worth the lrice to have the reassurance of knowing if something goes wrong I'll be able to get it taken care of

I had no problem returning my son's laptop for repair after spilling something in it. The problems came after when I was supposed to come in for replacement since they couldn't repair his and they gave me a gift card instead of just giving me another laptop. I'm still not happy at all. I had to use part of my gift card for a new printer or laptop for myself just to put with his gift card to replace his computer. I bought his on Black Friday so yes of course there's no laptops close to the same price. Well definitely think twice next time I'm buying a laptop or anything such. I couldn't even afford the extended warranty coverage this time. I'm very disappointed with best buy.

Worth the money, they are always helpful when I have questions. Also, the accident forgiveness and all possible solutions they offer is worth the money. It is 100% a good idea to get protection on items because you never know when something is going to break or crap out.

So far I havent used the Geek Squad but the way I read it. It will cover alot of things for their Chromebooks

What’s not to love about the Geek Squad protection??? I get all of my electronics, TV’s, laptops, monitors, etc., all from Best Buy because of this. They really look out for their customers. And there is no receipt to hold on to and pray it does not fade out before the warranty is up. Add in the option of mounting TV’s, just another plus! Thank you Best Buy!

Great for basic school needs and touchscreen option has been an amazing feature. If you’re needing to do heavier MICROSOFT and pdf for work or school I’d look into an actual windows operating laptop but the Chromebook serves me well for basic needs.

The Geek Squad Guys are Awesome. They can fix everything!!! These guys are knowledgeable, patient and communicate with you a level you can understand. I have used them numerous times and each time the service was superb. You can asked them anything and they will respond to your needs of fixing your problem (s). Best Protection you can purchase for 2 years. If you have a computer you will be happy you have the protection for it. Get it and use it!!! Recommend it.
