My laptop and I are on the go constantly! With that, I unfortunately break it from time to time with all the wear and tear. Geek Squad has been there every time to fix or replace the item.

I bought the accidental geek squad protection because I feel that it is very important to buy a protection plan. Anytime that I purchase an electronic I like to feel secure and without any worry. They have the best protection and they are reliable.

Hard to say how well this is hopefully I never need it and all goes well. Warranties are always a guessing game and normally I never buy them but with my item it was expensive enough and likelihood of my butter fingers dropping it I took a chance.

It is grate to have Greek because if I brake something I know they will have my back and be on my side so I have no worry’s at all of losing or braking my stuff Worth my money

Every time I think that I will not need Geek Squad protection something proves me wrong... It is pretty much a must for me...

My daughter's laptop was accidentally damaged. Since Geek Squad could not repair it, they refunded the original purchase price. That, in turn, allowed me to purchase another laptop for my daughter.

My brother spilled juice on my laptop and geek squad did the best they could to fix it thanks to geek squad.If I didn’t have geek squad I would’ve had to buy a whole new laptop.

I may not always use them but it is great to know that they are there. I asked them a few questions in the store before I purchased my computer and so far everything they told me has been very instrumental in me being able to use my computer without any problems. If I do run into any issue, I can be confident that they will be there to assist me and end my concerns.

I love these Geek Squad protection plans! While I have not needed it for my recent laptop purchase, I used it when I had to replace my 50-inch" plasma TV. No quibble return and I was able to replace my old TV with a newer and larger model. This is definitely a good plan for the more expensive purchases.

Whenever you buy a laptop, getting an extended warranty is a must. You're moving this expensive piece of equipment around and anything can happen. I've had to bring my laptop in twice, and twice Geek Squad had fixed my machine efficiently and effectively. Really glad I purchased it, will absolutely do it again.

Geek squad is a nice perk to have. Ive used them in the past. Its extra security for your electronics.

Bought Geek Squad protection for a new computer. Why wouldn’t I? Geek Squad stands behind their work and accepts that accidents (life) happen too, not just manufacturer issues after purchase. Have protected my Best Buy purchases for years with Geek Squad and don’t regret it.
