These guys are great!!!! The geek squad is a force!! They tried there absolute best to fix my laptop in a timely manner. And when they couldn’t they were very communicative and sent multiple texts every step of the way to inform me of next steps. Got a replacement because I had there warranty and everything was so smooth and easy. I’m freaking ecstatic that I can play my favorite games again !!!

I would highly recommend for anyone who buys any kind of electronic electronic equipment or computer. To get the Geek Squad Service added to your bill. Because you never know what might happen to your merchandise once you leave the store. Then you have to pay extra money out of pocket to even to get them to look at your computer. Then you will have to pay for them to fix it. If you have the Geek Squad you don’t have to worry about paying out of pocket.

So far so good.have had problems with my kid breaking screens but never a problem with geek squad repairs or service. They’ve always gone an extra step to make sure they’re accommodating my misfortunes understandably.

Once you have scheduled an appointment, a technician will come to your home or business to diagnose the problem. If the technician can fix the problem on the spot, they will do so. If the problem is more complex, the technician will take the device back to the shop for further diagnosis and repair. I do this with any major purchase from Best Buy. Manufacturer warranties often require you to return the unit before they repair or replace the item with a refurbished one. The process can take time. Best Buy is quick and easy.

I like geek squad protection. electronics are expensive and this is peace of mind. Plus I think all the techs I have encountered are very knowledgable. I like I can ask questions and they treat me with respect. I have asked for advice on my purchases and they have helped me. They came to y home at no charge and fixed my smart TV. The cost of the extended warranty threw geek squad is well worth the money.

This is actually worth it, in my case because in between that 1st year the computer died and they gave me a giftcard with the amount I paid to get. anew one.
