Just purchased a new PC and decided to get the extra coverage. My last Dell broke one day after the Dell warranty and Dell would not help me fix it without expensive fees. I would never go without coverage again.

Not the best experience but VERY handy in case product doesn't function as it should. Great to have for consoles and pc or any heavy machinery

Great insurance for any product which is sold for. Very easy to swap out product and definitely worth purchasing.

Seemed like a good investment. I would rather be protected and not need it than vise versa.

I havent needed the service for my most recent purchase but GeekSquad has always been my go to.

The wireless mouse is super easy to use i recommend it i dont regret buying it never give problems atall.

I took 2yr plan. Hopefully don't have to use. I do think it was reasonably priced for warranty. I usually don't purchase the extra warranty, but was told by someone they had good experience when they had to use the warranty.

The 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection plan a must have if you bought an expensive item like a laptop or TV. It covers a lot of things that could happen in a home with kids. No way I was not going to buy the protection.

I guess it was okay because I never used it I wasn't covering up to figure out how to use the slim tree from pad

We purchased the protection plan for my grandson's tablet. Thank God we did. Within two months, he dropped it and damaged the device. The Geek Squad was able to repair it and get it back to us within a reasonable time span.

Good piece of mind for extended protection of my laptop purchase. Haven't had to use it yet but offers good coverage for the money.

I have SurfaceBook, and since they are expensive to repair. I had this protection. I had to use it once for this device (and once for the previous one). It was amazing. Worth it if you have a pricy device you can't afford to fix it.
