I purchased this when I purchased my laptop thinking I was covered if I needed assistance with anything. Boy was I wrong. I purchased dual screens to connect to the laptop and kept getting a "no power" message. I took the dual monitors and the laptop in to get assistance just to make sure it wasn't the laptop which I JUST purchased from them and was told I had to pay $40.00 for them to help me. Long story short, I was told that what I paid for only covered things such as the laptop not working, damaged etc. and even then, if it had to be sent out, it could take weeks to get it back. The technician still tried to help but his attitude said he didn't want to. Then he suggested that I purchase a power block with at least 40 watts, I purchased a power block at 60 watts and still have no resolution. I'm considering cancelling, it's just not worth it if I can't get simple assistance.

Takes about 2 to 3 weeks but has always been good to me. They take it with no question. And if broken replace it. I always get the warranty just for peace of mind

Haven't had to use it, thankfully. Would recommend on expensive purchases and/or purchases above 100. But, I can't tell you what to do so, either get it or don't. Your objects are in your hands.

Bought this to extend warranty on recently purchased Dell laptop. Recommend for laptops, since laptop repairs can be costly.

Sometimes you think it is not neccessary to purshase an extended warranty, but when unexpected occurs is better to have it.

Without this support you are limiting your ability to stay safe and maximize the product in question

I have always purchased the Protection Plan for anything electronics I buy. It has paid off too, as it got me a free TV when mine failed.

Never had to use this but I like knowing that I have it! Considering I have a smaller laptop that is a 2 in 1, I wanted to be able to protect it.

I always get insurance just in case. Haven't used yet but in the past they have been fast and always right on time.

You can't go wrong with protection plans on anything these days, its better to be safe than sorry.

I know that if I need assistance it will be available. Gives me piece of mind also if I need tech support I will be able to get it immediately.
