what can be said, its geek squad protection, we already have had to bring the laptop in 2 times cus it was acting up but otherwise the service is great

3 year geek squad is the perfect amount of time, so after it is not protected you can purchase a new device. Covers pretty much everything!

Have a Microsoft pro that would not charge. Took it to the Geek Squad for help. They sent it off and 2 weeks later had a new computer waiting on me
