Bought this in case my wife has any problems with it.

DO NOT get best buy protection! I would actually advise to NOT even make a purchase at best buy. I spent nearly $4000 for a tv, a laptop, and protection for both. There is damage on the laptop that I did not notice until some time after the return window. I went in last week and was offered a smaller screened laptop due to the price of the more comparable one costing more. I cannot wait for repair as I’m in school now, I offered to come back when they had another sale on the other laptop. This week was a la or day sale. I went in to exchange it, as that’s what offered less than 7 days prior. They refused to exchange it. Told me to come back during school break around Christmas. This coverage alone was $795, and I have wasted so much time and dealt with disgusting behavior from a store rep who did everything to refuse exchanging my laptop. I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING ELSE from best buy!

I will never buy anything but an HP - this computer is used daily , and I just love it.

If you are a Best Buy employee geek squad Protection is a must, it’s dirt cheap!

I always get warranty on all my electronics from Best Buy
