    Service is just average to me because you cannot get straight answers from anyone when you are inquiring about equipment you may have them working on. You can barely get in touch with anyone. Plus it took them two months to render a laptop with a crack screen as non-fixable.

    I’ve only used this one time over the last 10 years (and 4 lap tops). It’s not worth it if you have an Apple product and purchase Apple Care. The one time I did need it, there was a problem with my 5 month old Asus’ BIOS and I couldn’t fix it myself. It was kind of a hassle to use the service and I still had to pay out of pocket for the fix needed.
