A little expensive, but necessary as electronics don't seem to last.

It is good to have Geek Squad Protection , really good.

Horrible!!!!!! I never opened until it was too late to return and when I did it wouldn’t keep a charge’ I then took it back to BEST BUY and they made like the battery was good’ I then decided to use it and plugged it in to charge once again cause even when it’s completely off the battery doesn’t keep charge! This time I plugged it in for almost 5 hrs and it never charged up! I hate that I brought it from Best Buy I always had trouble out of their laptops but I listened to my Nephew and brought it and I regret it!!!!

It is good to have extra protection on your electric devices.

The program it self seems good but I have not yet used it

Geek squad i called for some assistance in why the laptop would not let download certain things the geek representative ended getting frustrated with me and hung up because I asked to speak with a supervisor. I had to call back and described my issue all over to a new geek representative and finally got the help i needed. Some of the geek squad can be very rude. 50/50 for recommendations to use geek just depends who you get on the line

I am really enjoying my laptop as a first time business owner.

It's a must have as you never know when it will come in handy.

Little on the pricey side compared to buying with them directly or procetion that amazon offers when you buy products.

Haven't had to use it yet, but they've been great in the past.

Like any insurance I feel I could do better things with the money but after my last laptop got drenched in milk, (kids), I feel slightly more at ease knowing my new laptop is covered.

Fairly decent for schoolwork laggy on literally everything else. After almost 2 years it completely stopped working.

The first time the laptop was taken in, they said it wasn’t covered. We had to go home and find our paperwork, then they said oh yeah.

Great for peace of mind. They help you with anything!
