    My computer screen cracked. took it in for repair. all good a month later battery started giving issues. took i in for repair they told me they could not repair it i need to make an appointment even thought i made the purchase on line. So they could assist me went to the store waited 30 minutes after my appointment time for them only to give me a gift card and told me to go pick something out. So they updated version is more $$$ plus i have to pay another the 199 for more protection. on the new device. They no how to get you.

    Refused to repair Chromebook

    We sent our Chromebook out to be repaired, but they sent it back not working, and missing screws. We sent it out a second time and they fixed it. The third time we tried to have it fixed, they said there was nothing wrong with the computer. We finally got them to take the computer to fix it and now they are saying that it is not covered by the protection plan, even though it does not expire until July of 2025. I am very disappointed with this service and would not recommend it.

    Was purchased under false guise that it would protect everything, not just hardware, but the equivalent of a full bumper to bumper warranty. When computer stopped working, I was advised that it was a software issue and it wasn't covered under the protection I bought.

    These guys are terrible! Took my son’s laptop in 1st week of December, they told us they we keep us updated. I have t call every second week to ask for an update, every time I did call, I am on hold for 30 to 45 mins. Today is the 21 of January, 2021. I called again for an update and was old they emailed me on the 9th to come in for an instore credit because they can’t fix the laptop. The only email I got on the 9th was to tell me that they are still working on my son’s laptop! Worst customer service!!

    Do not buy this extra plan as it is a waste of money. If you buy this plus the Total Tech Support they do not tell you that once you bring your brand new device back to the store for repairs, that they deduct the cost of the repair from the plan. As always happens, the deduction will occur before the time on the plan runs out. So you are stuck having to buy items from another store to bring to them to fix the device they sold you. So disappointing. Never again.

    When on earth will they actually fix the problem?

    I've had my computer in three times for the same problem with the sound, and it still doesn't work. It's been an issue since I purchased my computer last year. I've talked with some really knowledgeable and courteous tech staff, but they don't seem to coordinate well with each other. The last time I came in, they did the very same work they'd done the time before expecting a different result, though I've had LONG talks with them each time.

    Bad Repair to Laptop

    I bought this very expensive HP laptop, over 2k, for whatever reason the charger stopped going into the laptop so I had to take it to Geek Squad to get repaired. I rarely use this laptop, doesn't even leave my office. Got the repair done several months ago, I go to plug my laptop in, and I have the same problem.

    I had an issue with the laptop I purchased, I 2as told by Geek Squad they could ship my laptop out which could mean a 6-8 week return or replacement. But the plan did not include them fixing it in store, that it would be an additional charge.
