    I bought this computer in 2017 the Dell Inspiron 8 GB bought a double two year warranty that’s four years I’ve only had this computer for two years and it is no longer working it’s broken and I took her to the geek squad for them to look at it because I had it under warranty and they told me that they could not fix it which is irritating because I bought it from Best Buy personally had a checked out at the geek squad when we was paid for in 2017 they refused to fix my computer because I only had one warranty when I paid for teal it’s on my Best Buy account it shows that I bought two warranties for the same computer. I really would like for someone to try to fix my computer because I had to warn Tb Summer for four years so I would like to have a refund for the second warranty

Without looking into your account, you may have purchased a 2 year of Geek Squad Protection (covering the physical parts inside) and a 2 year of Tech Support.     incredibly difficult to get any information. waiting 3 weeks for an update on a repair (tracker status remains 'assigned to an agent' with no updates). only when i call to inquire am i told the laptop is irreparable and that i will get a store credit. but NO ONE is able to verify the amount of said credit. after an hour on the phone with 6 different "agents" am still completely in the dark about the status of my 'geek squad service'. $260 for crap service!

    PURCHASED A LENOVO LAPTOP 12/20/20. CHARGING JACK WAS DEFECTIVE 1/15/22 & I PURCHASED A 3 YEAR ACCIDENTAL GEEK PROTECTION. RETURNED PRODUCT IN PERSON TO BEST BUY MONTGOMERYVILLE, PA, MARCH 2022. GIRL SAID MY GEEK PROTECTION RAN OUT AND I PAID $84 FOR 3 YEARS! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A LENOVO AGAIN & NEVER FROM BEST BUY. 3 YEAR GEEK WARRANTY IS A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY, PURCHASED A HP @STAPLES THIS WEEK & THREW AWAY LENOVO GARBAGE. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO BEST BUY EITHER. 3 YEAR ACCIDENTAL IS RIDICULOUS!!

    The agents told me they have to take my laptop for two weeks to get it fixed, because it is on warranty. I cannot afford to not have my laptop for two weeks, i need it for my college courses

    I attempted to use this service at the Waynesville NC store...I was informed they only had 20 minutes till their next appointment they couldn't see me till next week. I showed up for my appointment (a 30 minute drive) and they were flippant with me because their guy had not showed up. They did not call me to cancel... they did not reschedule...nothing. So now i not on my have a broken laptop...i also have a worthless warranty i paid extra for. HOW DO I GET A REFUND??

    I was so disappointed with this protection for my cell phone. It was costing me less money than Sprint at the time.when I took it in a couple of times cuz my cell phone was giving me problems The geek squad have no clue how to fix it and told me I needed to take it to a third party. What a waste of money for having this plant protection. Please do not buy

    Processed a claim, was told I’d receive store credit because the laptop was unable to be repaired. Store credit never mailed to me, local store refuses to assist, says I have to call customer service, have called customer service twice (currently on hold for two hours right now) with no assistance other than creating a case number & saying last week I’d receive a return call within 24 hours. It’s been seven days & here I am on hold again. Keep getting told I need to speak with Geek Squad but no one can seem to transfer me to them.

    We have been lucky, we never needed to call the Geek Squad, but we felt happy/secure that we had this. They did an ok job installing the TV but my wife had to remind them how to install the sound bar. kinda weird that they didn't know.

    You buy (in our case 2 service plans) and get an email saying for your protection you must sign in and set up an account. You sign in and you get "We're sorry Geek Squad plan and service information is currently unavailable" . What's up? Really? I think I should have gone with the vendor service agreement it might be better. Of course it's all about the small print! I'm wondering if the service plan will be available after some date I'm suppose to do something and don't.
