You are paying them to charge you more. Get the extended warranty from the manufacture, they fix and return.

TOTALLY WORTHLESS

Yet they don't tell you about it and want to wait for the warranty to expire so that you have to paid out of pocket to fix what they knew was not fix.

Poor service by Geek Squad in College Station

It’s a waste of money to invest for their service unless you go to a location in nearby cities don’t purchase their service. There’s always waiting time even though you schedule an appointment!

Not to actually replace it. So now a computer that cost me $200 is now $320. Sucks and not what i thought it would be.

Didn't really need it...

And you should not get or need insurance unless you are in a hazardous surrounding. To say the least...get Fitbit it suits your conscious otherwise we upgrade our devices so much these days why should it matter seriously
