    Havent had to do any claims with this product yet but i have had to in the past and i highly recommend.

    I signed up for the protection plan ($179) but shouldn’t have. When my covered laptop broke, I turned it into geek squad for repairs only for them to charge me an additional $49 to tell me they couldn’t fix it! They did give me a giftcard for the value of the laptop but between the planner and repair fee that cost me almost the same amount, so it was pretty much a wash. I am very disappointed and feel lied to about what the protection plan covers.

    I’ve used these type of protection plans in the past and have always been happy I had them. It’s worth the investment.

    You rather be safe than sorry. the last thing you want is to deal with more upfront fee than a deductible of a few bucks
