    I've always have the geek squad protection and have never had any problems with it. The agents have been real helpful.

    I think that when you buy something with this kind of price tag you better protect it because I know I would be devastated to lose this and just have no promise of having it fixed, although my charging cord did get mashed up and being a rated brand they didn’t have the replacement cord and told me to rebuy it and submit the receipt which is one more hoop than I wanted to jump through at this price tag
