    Felt like I received great customer service, attention and knowledge from the representative that assisted me. Don't call during off hours or you might get routed to a call center in the Phillipines. The state-side technicians are worth their weight in gold.

    When my laptop had some issues, I could just return it get a better one with paying the difference. The first branch I visit did not honor this warranty, so I had to visit another one. It’s worth it but there could be some branches which try not to honor this.

    So far the money I have spent has saved me a bunch of money. The only negative is during the pandemic getting service with out waiting a lot of time has been difficult. Also it is very difficult to schedule any time without waiting 1 week or longer. If you need help now it is almost unheard of. So this has been a problem.

    Comforting to know that I have the security and expertise of a knowledgeable team as I am not very familiar with computers. I had an issue and brought my computer to the team and it was addressed quickly and problem fixed immediately.

    I had to use this insurance because my screen broke and they covered it 100% and they were pretty fast, and also gave updates throughout the process of getting the screen replaced.

    Will cover most of accidents and they will take care of you and your device if needed! I always get this for all my purchases and it is worth it every single time

    Always get a warranty with my electrical devices. I’ve had to take multiple devices that have broken within the two years and Best Buy will replace them or give a gift card for the amount paid. You only loose the money paid for the warranty.

    The service contracts are good to have but how often do you really use. I'm not sure if it's worth the money. But as long as I buy certain products, I will continue to get the extra service contract.

    Transferring all my data and getting my new laptop fully functioning within just a day was fantastic! They did a thorough job and quick help when we had to make one adjustment. love the Geek Squad!

    Dog chewed the power chord of my Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 gaming laptop charger. I bought a new one at Bedtbuy.When a direct replacement couldn't be found they reimbursed me the full $90 i paid for the charger.

    Geek Squad coverage has always been highly-recommended with every large Best Buy purchase of mine. I haven't had to put in a claim for this particular coverage (as of yet), but historically they have been very reliable and easy to work with.

    I have always purchased Geek squad protection on every laptop I have ever purchased at Best buy and there have been many as all of us in the family use them and buy new ones every year to couple years. I have had to use the protection several times and was extremely happy with the service.

    Get it if you have kids

    This is well worth it if you have children who use the laptop a lot. We had laptop screens broken, buttons broken, batteries die, and it was all covered. Make sure you know exactly what is covered, because that changed a few times. The only drawback is that repairs do not take place locally, so typically, you wait 2-3 weeks.
