I purchased the geek squad protection for a referbished laptop. I was glad I did because I ended up using it for my laptop when it stopped working.

This was definitely worth the purchase and really came in handy

Good to have but total tech is a better value. I have the total tech and have used it several times to clean up several computer’s for remote learning

If you get something that's as expensive as the surface with the possibility that you could drop it, something inside could go wrong or the battery could fail you want a warranty for protection.

Hope I never need to use it but it is a great and safe purchase - I consider it a reasonably priced cushion of security just in case I need it!

I got this plan to make sure my laptop is safe. It's a good plan to have because you're sure that you don't need to worry if your laptop breaks.

I recommend always buying the Geek Squad protection just in case. The manufacturer warranty only covers defects and this protection covers everything unless I take it for a swim. It is well worth the cost.

I have not had to use the protection plan yet, and hopefully will not have to. It will be nice though if it is needed.

i would recommend to buy the protection plan every time. accidents happen and that's why its great to be prepared

This is simply peace of mind - bought it when I bought my new laptop and have never regretted it - LOVE MY GEEKS !!!!! they are always there for me !!!!!

Had a chrome book hinge snap and crack our a screen after 1 year. Got a full replacement from it, so of course on the replacement we got warranty.

Works great, did not have any problems getting help.

Never needed it but i like the option because fate is cruel
