Bought this extra protection in case something happens. So far so good hope I never have to use it

This is a great option for those who like to have a piece of mind that they will be covered if something happens to their computer.

The agents mounted my TV and connectedit to all my devices. Geek Squad remote support helped get my computer working again after it got a virus

The 3-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection is good to have on your device. I had to use it one time and I did not have any problem.

I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for having the Geek Squad Protection , when my computer needed fixing it really cuts the cost & they know what they're doing.

Good peace of mind for any damages. The negative thing is they have to send your computer off to get your new battery which can take 2 to 3 weeks.

I purchased this to have protection just in case. It's about a year and l haven't had a reason to utilize but it's to know that l am covered in the event that something does go wrong.
