The Best Buy is two miles from the house, and he wanted to make certain he could get help if I wasn't home. He hasn't used the repair function of the warranty protection, However, the Geek Squad team has answered his questions when they aren't too busy.

Geek squad provided exceptional service when attempting to repair and finally replacing my MSI gaming computer. Very professional and customer focused throughout process.

I was surprised its transferable, my laptop was replaced the accidental protection was transferred to the new laptop
