I get provided great service when I visit my Coral Springs best Buy for any service need it. I love this store and the wmployees too.

It's always a recommended idea to purchase protection width any item. It is a good plan for the price.

I think that for the price that I paid for Geek Squad, it is not worth it. I would prefer to have a plan that allows customers to replace items with newer items. Especially for the product a customer pays for. Overall accidental protection is great but is not really used for those who are very careful with their items

The guy at Geek Squad was very rude! I brought in a laptop I purchased through the Best Buy a month ago to get the Geek Squad warranty on it because my son lives in another state. The Geek Squad associate questioned me multiple times in different ways asking me if I purchased the laptop from them (Best Buy). The associate assumed I got it from somewhere else and then thought I was lying about it and stole it. I told him multiple times I got from Best Buy through the app. Then he proceeds to ask well how long ago, I told him about a month ago and he says "Oh no sir, we can't put a warranty on it if it has been more than 30 days." I explained to him and showed him through the Best Buy app that it says "You have until August 20, 2021 to add this warranty." Showed him that and when you click on it it say's bring it in so Geek Squad can look at it before adding the warranty. It also shows your PROOF of PURCHASE on the Best Buy app. Gave him my phone so he can see for himself. Scanned my phone about 10 times and nothing was working (The receipt copy with barcode is on the app). He says to me "Oh this an online order I did not know that." I said "Sir, I told you that and it shows you on my phone when I showed it to you". Turns around to another associate and says "We can't add warranties on online orders right?" Associate tells him yeah and did it for him. Never once told me everything went through nor did he mention we were finish and never asked me if I wanted a copy of my receipt. Not mention he still had my phone behind the counter while he walked away to help somebody else. Also never said anything along the lines of "You have a good day sir". I was dealing with this associate for almost 25 minutes just to add Geek Squads protection plan! My son lives an estimated 8 hours from me and that is a midpoint point where me and his mom meet to pick him up or drop him off at.

Compared to all other protection plans from other service providers, best buy plans are very expensive. I request them to make it affordable.

Geek Squad installed Outlook which enables me to view all of my email accounts without have to toggle back & forth in Gmail.

Happy to purchase this plan. Covers the life of a computer for me. After 3 years I usually get a new one.

I have not yet used the protection plan I just hope if and when I get to use it will be an easy process for our product.

Not all products are built well I had to take my laptop back to geek squad and it was repaired because of the total support plan

When you can get full repair or replacement when something goes wrong, outside of the manufacturer's warranty, it's a good deal.

It's always good to protect your devices. For the price you can't go wrong I always protect all my best buy product

Never had any problems so never had to use it. Well worth the $$ for the "what if something does happen" and the peace of mind.

Good for peace of mind, if rather expensive. I have had a laptop begin to have display issues in the past and brought it in 3 times at which point they gave me credit for the initial cost of the laptop.

Have always had Geek squad protection. They are very helpful.

Perfect for my local tech support if anything goes wrong with my computer I know I can go to any Best Buy and get my computer fixed. So happy they offer this service.

They helped me get going on my computer and set it up for me the geek squad is great I have a few friends and family use them a lot.

Worth it....every time I buy a laptop I get the 2 years. Dropped one laptop in 6 years...and it was a quick fix!

this is a great value, you never know when your things will accidently break or get damaged and this protects your purchase.
