Will have extended protection if something goes wrong. I always buy it when I purchase electronics from Best Buy.

I hope to not need them to fix my computer but it’s better to be safe than sorry.

Love my geek squad protection plan. I just bring in the item and it’s taken care of

I paid 3 years Greek squad protection for accidental damage. I visited three geek squad for at least 3 times and they were unable to do anything for me. They made me purchase more items which never fixed my problem. Later they asked me to leave my laptop for 4 to six weeks so they can take it to a third party to fix. Then they told me they will be unable to transfer my data and I have to do it on my own. My question is, why do you sell protection and support of you are unable to do it.

Program lets you take in any computer you own, no matter how old, for basic services such as viruses etc.

I think I used the Greek Squad once in the year. Overall, I didn't have issues, so it wasn't worth it to me.
