I purchased this protection with my gf’s laptop. Very convenient if any incidents happen or service is needed.

I recommend the one year Geek Squad protection plan. I have used it and it is worth the price.

Great for large purchases. Help to keep your investment in electronics safe. A must have serive.

I haven't had to use it and I hope I don't. I added this protection because I have kids and you never know what they will do. I also tend to have some bad luck every now and then. Better safe than sorry!

I hope i dont have to use it. i have bought geek squad plans in the past. sometimes the staff at BB are good to deal with and sometimes not so much.

I’ve used the a Geek Squaq for over a decade - for many devices. I’ve always been very satisfied with their service.

I bought my new computer and took it to them to have them set it up. They were very professional and very efficient.

Once upon a time, this service was worry free but now it is beyond confusing. I will get bombarded by security software updates needed and then when I try to download from my membership site on mybestbuy, the codes are expired. Nothing works. Overall having been a member for over a decade, I deserve a better service and support.

For the new tech and expensive stuff, I always add the protection. Really worth it when the worst happens.

The Geek Squad did an awesome job setting up the system. Couldn’t ask for more.
