Great laptop for kids for school. Protection plan great

I have the Geek Square Protection Plan so if something goes wrong I can get it fixed

Haven't needed to use it. what I am protecting has been working fine.

I purchased this plan for a computer i bought for my nephew which became defective.

Haven't had to use the service yet, but will let you know when I do.

The people that helped me were always really nice and well-informed, definitely worth the investment

i like it because i could return it for exchange for a new one.

Not sure what I got for this? Oh nothing has happened yet, knock on wood.

Very good warranty for my laptop , just bring to the store than them will repair it.

Geek squad is great and always helpful. I recommend always getting the extra warranty.

I bought another laptop, and had it about 6 months or so. I closed the lid and next day it had a 1 inch black line on The right hand side of the computer. Due to coded I wasn't allowed to bring it in right away. They sent off my laptop to be repaired. 2 weeks later found out that it could not be repaired. They did give me full price for the laptop however I still had to buy a new 3 year warranty. I was bummed about that. So it's just an OK coverage.

Always get the protection. If anything happens to your item, worth every penny!

Normal laptop protective warranty. Nothing specially good or bad. Cost was a little high but this is one you can nothing about. Total replacement for 2 years.

Had it before; no issues in the last. Haven’t used it yet but I hope if I do everything goes well.
