The keyboard on my son's laptop quit working. it was under a two-year service coverage. We took it in. They had to send it off. At first we were told it needed a new part and it was in stock. Then we were told they were waiting on a part and it would be a week. Then we were told if it was not repaired within 30 days of when it arrived we would get a replacement. Then I got a text message today saying we were approved for a replace and to schedule a consult with a link to the site. It was not clear where to go to schedule a consult, so I went to chat. Told the rep what I needed. We got disconnected. Tried again. The rep had my email address and asked for the repair order number. I could not believe that information would not show up on my account. Asked to have someone call. He gave me a number to call. I called. I was told that there was accidental damage to the laptop and it could not be repaired. He could not give me any additional information. I had to talk to the store. He gave me a number and when I called it, I ended back at the same place I had just talked to. This guy was actually trying to help me in my frustration. But the bottom line was, I had to go to the store and he would have to schedule a time. My son decided to go there after work since we live 30 mins away from the store and he works 5 minutes away. They could not tell him anything because their system was down. I sure hope that Geek Squad did not damage the laptop beyond repair while they were supposed to be repairing it.

I love this plan. I have used it in the past and will purchase it for all the electronic items I can.
