But we have set hours for his gaming time, the PC is nice very fancy looking n he hust loves it. He invites his friends over so they can come play wuth him and use it. Great deal great product n great price from black Friday. Thank you Best Buy.

Did a return and repurchase which reimbursed me about $250 between the CPU and warranty. Would not have known this if they didn't catch it and tell me. Unbelievably honest and pro-customer service.

The Geek Squad and the servicemen are the best. They are truthful and don't mind taking time out for you and with you no matter how long it takes to satisfy the customer. They will work on your electronic item until it is fixed or replaced. Who wouldn't appreciate such great customer service!
