For it's price, this is definitely worth it. I personally keep things in good condition and I take care of all of my electronics, but it doesn't hurt to stay safe incase something were to go wrong!

I always buy the Geek Squad protection. Can NOT say enough as to how great the folks are and how well they stand behind the products. I've had to use their protection only 3 times in the last 15 years and they have always been the best at service after the sale.

Purchase a like model 2 1/2 years ago. While moving computer I dropped it. I had 3 months left on my old plan. They were unable to repair so I received an upgrade as the old was was no longer available. It happened during Black Friday sale so I got a new plan with refund.

All in one. Fast computer, the screen is awesome. So far so good

Perfect for someone that wants a gaming PC and knows nothing about building one. This is my first gaming PC and it was easy to set up and make adjustments. nice style to it too. Fast boot up and a lot of storage and like that it is a SSD. I can run graphics on high/ultra with no lag

The only protection plan worth buying. I’ve never had a problem, instead I’ve only experienced great interactions. Whenever something breaks or stops working, they just get me a new product and that’s it. In addition, if they no longer have the product, they give me back the credit towards another product.

Geek Squad has helped me with everything. I'm not tech savvy but they have helped explain things for me in the simplest way possible. The Geek Squad protection plan is an absolute MUST HAVE when you buy anything from here. They know what they're doing!

Geek squad service made me feel safer. You can drop things just getting them out of the box. I do warranty and repair addons when buying tech stuff that cost over $300 dollars. And being able to ask questions and know there is a chance for a repair or upgrade that is warrantied is important. With being in a hurry people make mistakes. All the connection points/plugs can break even when being careful. With a support service that can fix your dumb mistakes means you can keep going.

Geek squad was pretty respectful and very nice to me, help me out which got me my new computer because luckily I was able to return my old one on the last day which had a popped or blown out of capacitor. So instead of going or having to wait for my PC to be repaired I just returned it and got another one.

Love Best buy their warranty is the best ,never issues only once damaged my sons computer gaming but they resolved ,so I will never buy anything other stores Best Buy is my store for everything

Excellent insurance offered by Best Buy. It gives me peace of mind if my computer breaks down. You just call or email and they will come out to your house and conduct a quick test. Then if unable to repair you will receive a new item what you paid for not a refurbished one like other company’s.

The Geek Squad guys are decent. It's just way less than I expected. Told my 60-day old HP would have to be sent for 4=6 weeks.
