I love the whole idea behind the Geek squad for people like me who are NOT geeks. It was vital at first as I was starting up. Now, I haven't been bringing it in to them. I plan to have them do a 'check-up" every six months. Not sure I needed three years, but it was the most economical approach and if something goes wrong with the computer after the warranty, I will be covered.

I've bought a product with this twice, and both times I feel good knowing I have somewhere to go when I mess something up beyond my repair

I am happy with the Geek Squad services I have received so far. They have installed the cyber security systems and set up several new computers I have bought there. They have also removed viruses and fixed other computer problems.

It was very easy to replace my sons monitor and I was updated every step of the way! Costumer service was above and beyond. I’m so happy I purchased this service.

I am not a high tech type person but love using my computer. This service has been a real stress saver for me. If anything is not working as it should or I am concerned about a questionable email my Geek Squad member will investigate.

After one month of coverage, had to call upon Geek Squad to repair a brand new all-in-one computer. There was never a question nor comment made. The system was sent off for repair and 30 days later the defect was replaced and the item returned with no hassle or charge.

Have not used them yet, but is good to know that they are there.

Helps if we have difficulties in the first 2 years. Worth the cost.

I just purchased Best Buy's 3-Year GSP to protect my recently purchased Alienware Aurora R-10 Desktop Gaming PC. Never had any issue(s) with Best Buy's GSP covering any defect(s) and will always continue to purchase them for high ticket item(s).
