geek squad, is overrated, stand in line, forever. if they take the unit in for repair takes a week or more to get it back.

I dropped my computer and the screen cracked and half of it went black luckily i had protection on it and they sent it to get fixed no problem

Great backup when needed for anything technical and help get you going again

Just in case of an accident I have my stuff protected for 1-Year so I have my stuff protected just in case of accidents.

In the store I was offered the Geek Squad insurance or protection plan. I hope I don't have to use it because the equipment is great. But in case of having them I just have to take the equipment and they fix it or give it another one. I hope so.

This protection plan has saved us a lot of money on several different purchases. I feel that the money is particularly well spent on computer purchases as it has saved us thousands. The geek squad is always very helpful. I don’t usually buy protection plans, but I do at Best Buy!

Computer is top notch great for gaming and streaming

I would not be able to use my electronics if Geek Squad did not exist. Whenever something goes wrong, I know help is just a phone call away. Most times an agent can help with the problen right on the phone right away. When I have to take it into the store, I know it will be fixed right.

What a relief to have the Geek Squad set up our new computer! In one hours time, he had us up and running. It would have taken me all day and caused major stress.

Have not had to use it yet . . . thank goodness. My computer is only two weeks old.

I would Say this is a must if you're going to purchase any electronics because geek squad is awesome they work on my laptop before so I would recommend this

Thank the Lord I had accidental geek squad protection. My computer was unable to be fixed but I did get my full payment back for the purchase subtracting the geek squad amount. This allowed me to replace my computer quickly and easily.

Super helpful. Didnt have the computer i was looking for but found me one in store with better spec for about the same price.

Our order arrived today, the box seemed previously opened… As soon as we got home, we installed the PC, got no image…. Googled the same PC and to my surprise this is a common issue. Not happy with the product, I went o. The chat with geek squad, it was useless, called geek squad, they were a lot more helpful, still no signal. Returning this tomorrow afternoon.

If they can't fix it over the phone they reimburse the $39.00 fee.

I mean its protection, what else would you expect?
