I always bought Geek, protection, until 1 day I didn't. (1) week after the Standard Warranty Expired. And that's when I needed it. I will always continue to get the Protection.

Tried to refund a geek squad warranty, was told by corporate it would be no issue, they gave issues and tried to keep my money on a gift card for there store. Ive has 1200 lost in a gift card before with Bestbuy. It was terrible service and the red head manager was laughing the whole time. Terrible character for a manager, a person at that. I work hard for my money as we all do. For a company to take my money when it can be refunded to my debit. He as an employee went Against there policy. Just spent over 1.5k in February of 2025 to be treated like this.

I have only had to use Geek squad protection twice since 2014. They know what they're doing and is well worth what they charge. If you don't get it, you will regret it!

Best warranty any store offers. I’ve purchased this for my OLED TVs, PC and all controllers! They even cover burn in for the OLED TV’s! The value is worth it!

The geek squad plan got you covered ask about what they do. Your equipment will be covered it's worth getting if your investment is a couple thousand dollars. PC/TV or anything else expansive.
