I use geek squad so I know my expensive devices are covered in case of an accident

I purchased this extended warranty for a desktop computer that was a gift for my nephew, which was a great decision. Around 18 months after purchasing the PC, the power unit went out and damaged other components in the process. My brother took it to Best Buy where they trouble shot the issue and offered a full refund for the machine since they deemed it unrepairable. For a purchase of this magnitude, I'd recommend the warranty. It wasn't that much more money and it was way less than replacing the computer out of pocket.

We cannot say enough nice things about our very pleasant experience with Beavertonś Geek Squad agent Christopher this past weekend. He was very polite, helpful, courteous, and got the job done well and in a timely manner. His calm demeanor and incredible expertise had my son and me feeling better in a matter of seconds with our new gaming computer that was not working properly. We knew we were in excellent hands with Chris. He even went above and beyond by offering to set up our Windows 10 before we came to pick up our PC. Then, after we checked out, to finish the job in complete style, he carried our tower out to our car! Christopher really is one-of-a-kind! A real gem! Anyone lucky enough to have him help you will be very happy he did!

Glad to have the option to add insurance to my expensive purchase. Gives you reassurance and peace of mind in case anything were to happen.

I have not had to use Geek Squad but it's good to know they are available.

Well what can I say it is very self explanatory… protection means everything when purchasing these expensive equipment. Like for example spend 2400$ on 9th Dec for gaming pc 22 days later crashes hardware issue from factory. Lucky still able to exchange for new one without having use the protection. Never know could went 3 months then crash so best be safe than sorry

I am very satisfied with the PC that I was given for Christmas. it runs well it has had almost no technical problems and as of now I can tell that as a Pre-Built PC it can leave anyone satisfied as the performance has had no issues for half a year now. If you ever want a PC but don't have the budget or motivation to build your own, this is a great budget friendly pick for you

Good it was what I expected no problems so far. I would recomend anyoene that wants to buy it read the description first.

The technician installed my Samsung 50" TV. Made sure everything was working good. Same technician installed my new All-in-One Computer on next visit. Also made sure everything was connected properly and working great.

My son called the Best Buy Geek squad with a question about his new gaming computer, they were able to remote in and show him how to fix the problem and give tips on how to improve the performance of the computer, it was solved on the 1st try and was never an issue after. Thanks very much for all your help and having 24/7 availability

After initially buying an ASUS ROG gaming computer at the same price point, that underperformed, under cooled and just poorly put together I was forced to return it and search for an alternative. After seeing the specs of a computer priced exactly the same I made a leap of faith and purchased from Ibuypower. Not only did it come water-cooled unlike the ASUS ROG, it came with the same graphics card but an OC edition (2080super) ,two bonuses for exactly the same price. Not only that but it came in a much more beautiful tower and more sufficient cooling to power this beast. After this experience I don't see myself purchasing from any other company for a while. Right on to Ibuypower for doing it right.

Always a good idea to buy protection for the just in case scenario

Always a must have, especially when it comes to purchasing expensive equipment.

I am happy with this purchase. I got the open box option to save a little money. It didn't come with an electrical cord, keyboard or mouse. That's ok because I already have them from the previous computer. I have windows 11, which is an adjustment but it's not to difficult to move around. I hope to not have to buy another computer for a few years but if I do I'll look at Best Buy first.

Love the protection plans for my investment, knowing if something is wrong it will be replaced
