I love Geek Squad, They are very responsiove to questions, And I also love that they will fix your equipment even if you didnt buy it through best buy.

Great to always have especially when having animals like cats and dogs if ur drinking a beverage and they decide to jump and knock it into you product

Recommend a protection for your computer regardless the additional cost

It's a no brainer. It's a must have and very essential and helpful if your computer crashes or breaks down. 100 percent a great investment because you never know what the future holds.

My laptop had some damage that stopped it from opening and closing without it sounding like it was going to break apart. They were helpful in getting it fixed. No troubles other than having to order a part so it took some time for my laptop to get fixed.

Have this just in case the machine gives me problems. Haven't use yet. Had to use before on another item. Didn't have problems with service.

100% would recommended. I accidently destroyed the screen for my all-in-one computer (I still don't know how!) and they replaced the whole device. It's slightly annoying that I paid for a 3 year policy and 6 months into the warranty the terms have already been fulfilled but I can't be too mad as it did it's job.

Good value, although I hope I never Need it. It gives me comfort knowing I don't have to worry about it.

I have had geek Squad service for at least five years. Anytime I call they are always ready to help resolve any problem I have and they always resolve the issue. The Geek Squad members are very knowledgeable, courteous and most important they are patient. They walk me thru anything I do not understand to help me understand what is being done. Everyone should have this service.

The process was automatically I set up a date to come in and bring in the product they took it ask a few questions and told me it would be a few days and that’s all she wrote great service and experience

I’m about to use them for the first time. So hopefully I get the same experience friends and family have had when utilizing the geek squad. Haven’t really heard anything bad about them, and I’m sure I’ll have a good experience as well

Geek Squad agents transferred all of my data from my old computer to the new computer very quickly. They take the time on pick up to go over everything with you and verify the data transfer was complete. I have used geek squad for years and would be totally lost without them.

Works great I’m glad that I got this for my pc it hasn’t broken yet but I’m glad I have 3 years of reassurance

Great computer.....fast....MUCH nicer than my old OS.....Easy to hook up. Had one minor issue that customer service took care of promptly and easily. Looking forward to many happy days with this desktop!
