what a life saver!!! i brought my brand new tablet home and somehow the screen was cracked when i opened the box. I could have argued the warranty, but that was going to be such a hassle. The geeksquad replaced it without any questions!

Haven't had to use it yet, but just in case... Thought with as much money we spent on my son's computer, we'd better get protection.

Great value, I always get the plan. In my opinion, one of the best plans available, I always get it just in case & for piece of mind. I do work for Best Buy but my opinions are my own and do not necessarily reflect Best Buy Policy.

I am so glad that I bought this protection plan it helped me when I broke my first computer and when it couldn't be fixed they refunded my money and helped me pick out a new computer that was suited for me.

I just have to say better safe than sorry. It’s always good to have this type of insurance even though you don’t use it.

buying protection for expensive gadgets is not required but for peace of mind it is nice to have a choice and bestbuy is top notch in fixing and delivering a working product back to you.

We always buy the extended coverage. Had to use it on other items and it’s hassle free easy repair or replace

For the price, the coverage cannot be beat. Well worth the investment on a PC the price I purchased.

This service is a MUST have for any large purchases especially TV's and other electronics. My Sony TV had motherboard problems 3 times and the parts were replace at my house without me going anywhere.

Absolutely down right a scam. They only offer one type of insurance when buying from them and it doesn’t even cover most of what could go wrong. Very displeased with being turned away at the counter with the reason being they didn’t cover the issue under my current plan yet they didn’t check to see what was causing the issue, run a diagnostics check, or even go further then plugging it up and saying oh well it’s x issue can’t help I could charge you to try and fix it but we can not promise this will resolve the issue nor will we check to see if it did resolve the issue. Didn’t care enough to help someone resolve this issue or even make sure they knew that it wasn’t covered under their protection plan. MAKE sure you know what plan your buying. DO NOT count on them to even try helping after you walk away with your product. Please be careful with this they will take your money and not think twice

I am always happy with the work of Geek Squad, whenever I bring my computer in for fixing up. They set up my new computer for me, and it works wonderfully. I rely on them.

So far we haven't needed to use our plan yet but we've found it's always better to get the protection on large purchases. Geek squad has never let us down before so we always add the protection plans onto our more expensive items.

I like to purchase the accidental geek squad protection for a piece of mind for my larger purchases. That way, if something goes wrong Best Buy will take care of me. And they have always taken care of me!

My first PC had a horrible breakdown, and this protection plan covered it, don't skip out on having protection on anything $1,000+

They fix or replace your stuff when it breaks! i dont have to call "dave" and hope he thinks its something he can "poke around and figure out" for ya...

I am always relaxed when I have the Geek Squad. They have my back.
