I have not have not had to use it yet but I am glad it is there.

When I first received the pc it was already pretty bad from the start. The pc would crash and I would have to restart multiple times throughout the day. Found out later that it was a hardware problem, more specifically the intel core that had a problem with its gen. Would recommend it if only replaced intel with another company

They came to the home on time and solved the problem with the experience of a technician
