    Computer sent in for not getting power had to fight with them that i had the protection plan got ot back still not working going back again.

    bought a new computer felt I needed them to transfer the stuff. It was a drawn out affair, with multiple appointments, missing data, non working programs, and etc. Eventually it was done, but when I needed tech support on line or by phone with issues it turned into a hassle. Ended up using a different provider, and paying them as I needed. Already looking at replacing this one year old computer, next time will go somewhere and have it built to meet my needs.
