Not sure if it is worth the money

Not pleased about it as it was a Black Friday deal and they had no more. Out of stock still.

Worthless

I hat ecalling them/ dealing with GeekSquad. last three phone calls they give me the phone number I just called and tell me that they aren't trained to handle my request, and ask that I call a number instead of transferring me or asking for help from another team memeber.

Actually the worst service I've ever recieved.

I never recirved the pc thay came with this protection plan and I still haven't gotten a refund after an entire month-and-a-half, even after speaking to a staff member. If I could rate it 0/10 stars I would.

No one has gotten back to me about my warranty

Owned for 11 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So my warranty ends and April and I’m pretty sure my pc peer supply just blew and nobody at Best Buy wants to get back to me about how to fix it.. Someone told me that in 24 hours somebody would call me to come pick it up but it’s been 48 and I haven’t even gotten an email about it??
