Just be careful

Incompetent staff, waste of money.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this earlier in the day and was told I just needed to come to this site and put in security keycode and the protection would be downloaded. First your system is very convoluted in trying to figure out how to even get to this point. Second, now that i'm here, message came up that my info has not been added to your site and I will have to wait for another time to download. I would never buy this in store again.

The Geek Squad knows their job and performs their duties with accuracy. They worked on several of my computers and have done a great job. I plan on renewing after it expires. The best part of having total protection is that if offers so many benefits that you can use in your home.

Unsatisfied with Best Buy

What happened to my money? What happens to money I paid for geek squad protector when the ox was returned? I just loose my money?? Or did you use my protection plan to “return” the broken pc you sold me?

I have purchased extended warranties for other products, such as a 60" TV. When it broke best buy had me bring it back to the store. At which point they gave me a gift card for the price of the tv and the remaining warranty. AWESOME!!!!!!
