    having to pay for a warranty on a open box system is crazy it should be covered for at least a year free

    Waste of money actually. Geek Squad never actually helps. Don't buy into this and spend your hard earned money on something else.

    Still less than 2 months old when my computer went out. Geek Squad wanted to charge me to look at it...

    You would be better off just being careful and not doing things that might trash tour laptop etc. This is not worth the money

    Agents openly lie about what is covered by this and refused to tell me if certain accidents are covered. Store management does not care and had no plans to answer what coverage this gives.

    I purchased this earlier in the day and was told I just needed to come to this site and put in security keycode and the protection would be downloaded. First your system is very convoluted in trying to figure out how to even get to this point. Second, now that i'm here, message came up that my info has not been added to your site and I will have to wait for another time to download. I would never buy this in store again.

    The total protection plan is well worth the price. The Geek Squad knows their job and performs their duties with accuracy. They worked on several of my computers and have done a great job. I plan on renewing after it expires. The best part of having total protection is that if offers so many benefits that you can use in your home.

    THIS SUPPORT IS NON EXISTANT. IT SAYS I HAVE 24/7 ACCESS TO SUPPORT YET NOT ONE PERSON WOULD HELP ME WITH A PRINTER ISSUE, KEPT TELLING ME I DIDN'T HAVE A PLAN BUT WOULD I LIKE TO BUY ONE??

    Not sure I understand how geek squad works. My ox was a lemon. Never worked. I had my PC returned. What happened to my money? What happens to money I paid for geek squad protector when the ox was returned? I just loose my money?? Or did you use my protection plan to “return” the broken pc you sold me?

    Bought the service plan in case of any issues with my computer. I have purchased extended warranties for other products, such as a 60" TV. When it broke best buy had me bring it back to the store. At which point they gave me a gift card for the price of the tv and the remaining warranty. AWESOME!!!!!!
