    They sell the one year protection but it is a waste of money. Don't buy it. It only gives Best Buy more money!

    I bought this computer because it seemed like a great computer at a very good deal. I shopped around four months and got the best one I could afford. The computer worked well for a week and then I had to hard start it just to get it to turn on. Best Buy exchanged it with no problem to make it right. I received friendly and efficient service when I asked for an exchange. I was glad I bought the member card for 60 days that allowed me to do this. I was also able to come back 30 days later when the price was lower and they reimbursed me for the . The second computer exact model that I had to exchange the first one for, works just fine with no troubles at all. And I am extremely happy with my purchase. But mostly, I am happy with the friendly and efficient service that I received from Best Buy.
