Purchased computer two weeks ago. I am pleased with the computer so far however the keyboard doesn't light up sometimes when the computer starts up. I have to unplug the keyboard USB and plug back in or use another port which still doesn't light up sometimes. Geek Squad and or Cyberpower please help.

Bought this a the store, had it up and running the same day. Great product and I have left it on and running for over 5 years now and no issues. thank you

I'm in aww of this computer its beautiful very fast compared to what i used to own haves a amazing light display that you can change up for your mood very easy to setup and install and i don't know much about pcs very quite game play is amazing

Absolutely loving this purchase! I was a bit skeptical about buying this but I decided it would be worth a shot since best buy has a great return policy and well... Not a single regret here! I'm loving my new PC. I love the aesthetic of it. It performs better than I could have ever imagined and I feel that the price is very fair. PC's with comparable specs are usually more expensive.

The warranty is a must and it never fails to save me from losing $$$$ and Best part is Best Buy keeps track of your devices warranties so it always hassle free.

Purchased this item and it was very well packaged. Arrived in a timely matter as always. Opened it up, there were detailed instructions how to connect a few connectors to the motherboard. My mouse did arrive with a rattle which the manufacturer did replace without issues. I highly recommend this for a gamer on a budget, the graphics card is excellent for this build, can't build it cheaper yourself!

it really works great in my opinion its my first time having a gaming pc like this everything you need is here if you want to play and do office work at the same time the graphics and video displays are perfectly executed when its being run overall great gaming pc. i got the -ibuypower i7 9700f, with geforce 1600 gtx 6gb 16gb ram, and 1tbhdd ,ssd480 for 800 with mouse and keyboard...

The computer is compact, fast, easy to set up and is paired with a good monitor. The 256GB SSD is just the right size for a basic home computer and is lightning fast on start up and no annoying fan noise. Shame on Dell, though. They install a state of the art drive and processor and then go backwards 15 years by providing a wired mouse and keyboard. Really? I wouldn't mind paying the extra few bucks for a keyboard and mouse that are actually usable. The customer should not be the electronic waste dump.

Have had it for almost a year now, and it still works wonderfully, graphics card makes for great gameplay, and it's really pretty to boot.

bought online came in one piece. set up was very easy just had to remove bubble wrap from within the case, which wasn't to hard to do. overall perfect condition, I would say have a keyboard you like in mind. some of the keys are shifted to the side and rearranged so is hard getting used to.

Just bought a PC from CyberPower PC at Best Buy and I am very pleased with my purchase. The employees were very helpful and love the RTX 3050. Great gaming PC highly recommend to anyone looking for an awesome console.

My First gaming computer. Easy to set up, no issues. I cannot give useful feedback on performance or reliability. This is day 1 of ownership. All I can comment on is that it is packaged well with clear instructions and that it works. I did have one issue (very minor) one of the screws which holds the case side glass cover on had no threads on it. looks like it was just pushed in. It doesn't effect the operation but I would like to have a proper screw sent to me.
