When I purchased the warranty I wasn't sure I needed it, but after seeing how my children have handled the computer I am glad I got the 3-year protection

Anytime I’ve had a question or concern regarding my purchase, they’ve done the best with resolving the issue.

brought item home, unpacked and during a move the screen cracked. i brought to geeksquad and they replaced the screen without any questions! only issue was the time for repair. took about 2 weeks from the date i dropped it off to the time i received item back

It was another warranty that was offered I can't give a opinion because we haven't used it yet because we have not hooked up are computer yet

I purchase this item for my son gameing computer and till now it help the only problem now is when to purchase it again when it expires

So far I have not had to use my 3-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection, but in the past they have been excellent.

It’s always great to have a peace of mind, to fix or replace in this hard times

1 year of coverage was a good value when compared to the cost of replacing my brand new PC if there is a power surge (my last PC was damaged during a storm and I did not have this protection).

I recommend this plan it will be very helpful if something were to happen and you need assistance. the Geek squad is great. Thank you

I have the chance and ability to fix my pc if anything goes wrong

My PC cpu and display card somehow got destroyed 3 months before my geek squad expired. Saved me hundreds.

They help you when device no longer works try to repair or replace the item

Great service to have saves time and money,but they need more people working for them, two week wait for date install.

Service techs were great, answered all my questions and transferred everything to my new computer.

Agent investigate flawed PC. Was able to discover what was wrong with it and allowed easy replacement of defective item.
