Sound failed after 3 days.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was excited to get this PC. It had been a while since I have ordered one, and I was looking for something affordable that was robust enough to handle Flight Simulator 2020. This unit proved itself able to do so, but only on Medium settings. However, after 3 days of use, the unit went mute on me, and the problem is an inherent one that I could fix by buying and installing a sound card, which I'm obviously not willing to do. So, I am returning this unit and, since this was my first experience with CyberPower, I will be looking at another brand as a replacement.

Computer is fine, but deplorable Wi-Fi capability
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My god, I'm back in the 90s with this thing! The slowest Wi-Fi performance I've seen on a device in 20 years. Absolutely criminal to cheap out on this. I have probably 30 wi-fi capable devices in my house and none have issues. Unbelievable. Wasn't expecting the world with this machine, but it is basically unusable without upgrading the Wi-Fi yourself, or plugging into Ethernet. The latter isn't an option for me due to where the device sits in the house. Shame on HP.

Geek squad failure
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just received my computer and all of the information from the last user is still on it. You can literally log into their banking and all sorts of other personal things. I don't have any information to be able to reset it since it keeps trying to send something to the previous owner to get a code. I have been able to at least take them off of microsoft edge so their personal accounts there are gone. Thankfully their lock screen isn't locked but I can't put my own lock screen on.

Horrible Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the most horrible service I have ever purchased. I've had my desktop for almost 3 years now. When I purchased it I bought the extended warranty because obviously I am not a computer expert, and wanted to make sure that if something would happen that I am/was covered. So fast forward - my keyboard and mouse are not working since December of 2022, and long story short I have been to the store 3 times with the same issue but am always told that they are unable to give me a keyboard and a mouse and refer me to the 800# parts department. Everyone redirects me to eitherr the store or the phone. Last week I called the 800# again and spoke with Ron where he told me to go back to the store, and I had to explain the situation all over again. He then tried brushing me off and gave me a reference number where he claimed someone would call me within 24-48 hours. I gave him the benefit of the doubt because my call was on a Friday so the callback was supposed to be Tuesday. NO CALL BACK...and here I am AGAIN on the phone with Josh where he is directing me to the store. I don't understand what the issue is. Nobody wants to own helping me and I have been EXTREMELY patient. I had to purchase a separate keyboard and mouse as I work from home and can't stay without either one of the two. All everyone is doing is giving me the runaround and wasting my time. don't recommend purchasing the extended warranty, if you can avoid it at all costs DO SO, Please consider buying the etended warranty from the computer manufacturer instead.

RETURNED, SEVERAL WIRES DISCONNECTED
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this pc, and had several RGB fan lights not on. Didn't really care at first since the fans themselves were working which was the important part. But even then for a almost 2000$ pc should i really have to tear apart the case to find the lost connection, I'm not a PC building enthusiast, thats why i bought a 2k prebuilt pc in the first place. Upon FURTHER inspection, i found the the GPU fans weren't working at all. They turned on momentarily when i booted up the pc but then never turned on again. Even at peak temps while playing games. I installed multiple driver to attempting to fix the issue, but i figured there probably some damage already done since it had been so hot. Pretty disappointed because of how much of a good deal this seemed to be. Too good to be true i guess.

HP - 21.5" Full HD All-in-One - Intel Celeron - 4G
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased a PC from Best Buy, and unfortunately, it has been extremely slow from the moment I started using it. I reached out to customer service to request a return, but my request was declined. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of support and the overall experience. I expected better service from such a well-known retailer, and I would caution others to be aware of potential issues when purchasing from Best Buy.

Great on Paper Not Out of the Box
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was really excited for this computer, I got it on a good sale and the parts vs price of building my own was pretty comparable. I’d be a 5 star PC if it wasn’t for all the defects. I’m having two major issues… 1. Ethernet card on the board doesn’t work. I even raised a ticket to iBuy and they suggested returning it to Best Buy or mail it to them (at my expense) for an inspection. 2. This computer has great gaming performance, but seems to randomly crash. Not even when I’m super stressing the system out or playing for long times. It’s just random. Computer locks up and the fans all kick on hard. 3. This isn’t a defect, but be aware that the case, while impressive and cool looking doesn’t allow for many upgrades. You basically have no expansion slots that can be accessed due to the video card. At the end of the day I’ll likely take iBuy advice and return this. Seems to be a low quality/poorly tested build.

Wanted a good 1st gaming PC, got a broken machine.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered this (my first gaming PC) about 9 days ago based on good reviews and a recommendation from a friend. It arrived yesterday afternoon, and after following the setup guide, I tried to boot it up and the screen was incredibly distorted. I tried several different monitors, connection cables, and made sure to use the graphics card ports, but nothing displayed properly, or nothing was displaying at all. The computer itself was stuck in a restart/error loop from the start which was illegible, so I could not look up the error code for troubleshooting the issue either... Extremely annoyed that a product marked "Play Ready" on the box can't even boot up or display on any monitors without issue. I've already returned the desktop to my local Best Buy and I'm not sure if I will be purchasing this brand again. This was an enormous letdown, all I wanted was a mid range gaming desktop!

disappointing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i wont lie, i was really disappointed with this. when i got my first pc from them, it bricked itself after a month of use. i called and said i wanted it to be sent back to the manufacturer, and they said they'd handle that for me which would use up the manufacturer warranty for a new pc. instead, they used my 1-year geek squad protection plan i PAID FOR and then offered me a new one when a replacement pc came in... for $100+. i was so angry with them because... really? also if you use their online chat function, they can keep you waiting for like 3 hours trying to get someone to troubleshoot your stuff with remote control of your pc.
