Geek squad is the best they will help you figure out everything's u need

I am happy to have this connected to my devices to protect all my electronics. If you should run into any problems or should an accident occur, their protection is there to get you back on track.

The product it still absolutely amazing I’m still using it. Like if I bought it yesterday.

This really saved myself from a heart attack when my computers bios decided to cave itself in, employee’s will list out your options for repair or offer you a refund in credit

Tried to refund a geek squad warranty, was told by corporate it would be no issue, they gave issues and tried to keep my money on a gift card for there store. Ive has 1200 lost in a gift card before with Bestbuy. It was terrible service and the red head manager was laughing the whole time. Terrible character for a manager, a person at that. I work hard for my money as we all do. For a company to take my money when it can be refunded to my debit. He as an employee went Against there policy. Just spent over 1.5k in February of 2025 to be treated like this.

Had a issue with a pre built pc I bought. Geek squad people were super helpful. Offered to swap the whole unit on the spot. One of the main reasons I shop at Best Buy is to add GSP to the purchase. Always buy geek squad.

I bought this protection plan for a gaming desktop computer. I love having the peace of mind that if anything happens it will be covered for such an expensive purchase.

Service protection program has come in such good use when I was having problems with getting the desktop I purchased to work. Geek squad was available immediately and fixed the problem the same day.

Hopefully I won’t have to use it, but it’s nice to have for peace of mind.

They have always been helpful when we need them. And quickly replaced defective items which was completely out of theit control. I recommend this for any high end electric item!!
