Peace of mind is worth the cost of this protection plan. The computer was almost $1500 and certainly couldn't be replaced for the amount of the protection plan.

Geek Squad's product warranty is very good. I have peace of mind knowing that if something does go wrong they will step up to the plate and replace it.

One day my external DVD player stopped working and I brought it in. I was surprised after five minutes I was told no problem you are covered just go grab a new one. Wow.

Bought HP Omen Gaming Desktop Dec 28th. It has been used less than 20 times. Purchased 200/300 warranty. Best Buy Plus Member (former now). Just dropped off computer due to operating/software issue according to Geek Squad. You would think they and Best Buy would fix my barely used, 3 month old 1,300 computer. NOPE. Manager made me purchase a yearly membership or pay $250. So...this million dollar company just had me return a $700 unopened laptop and will now lose my business on our kitchen remodeling. I purchased this plan at the time I purchased my desktop computer and I am glad I did. My CD-ROM started to go and I had the secondary drive replaced with no charge to me.

You cant be too careful when you have a home full if kiddos. You dont know when the next time will be when something is getting broken. It usually doesnt take too long.

I have used this plan a number of times and thankful I purchased it. Best Buy replaced everything with a problem, wouldn’t shop anywhere else
