brought item home, unpacked and during a move the screen cracked. i brought to geeksquad and they replaced the screen without any questions! only issue was the time for repair. took about 2 weeks from the date i dropped it off to the time i received item back

Have not had to use yet, but good to know we have protection for our new computer

It was another warranty that was offered I can't give a opinion because we haven't used it yet because we have not hooked up are computer yet

I purchase this item for my son gameing computer and till now it help the only problem now is when to purchase it again when it expires

1 year of coverage was a good value when compared to the cost of replacing my brand new PC if there is a power surge (my last PC was damaged during a storm and I did not have this protection).

They help you when device no longer works try to repair or replace the item

My PC cpu and display card somehow got destroyed 3 months before my geek squad expired. Saved me hundreds.

Great service to have saves time and money,but they need more people working for them, two week wait for date install.

Service techs were great, answered all my questions and transferred everything to my new computer.

Agent investigate flawed PC. Was able to discover what was wrong with it and allowed easy replacement of defective item.
