All i will say is accidents happen and its best to be prepared, specially if you plan to move, have little ones, or just happen to have one of those days.

Love it so much. Went back and forth about what brand to get for my all in one and going back to school made the decision a lot harder. I was tired of apple MacBooks not lasting me over 2 years. This computer is amazing. I love it.

The protection plan was cheaper 1-2 days after purchase and the sales people caught this. They let me know and gave a reimbursement. Honest and pro-customer people!

Had this a year now and have had zero issues. Running a 49 inch ultra wide 1440p monitor amazingly with all my games running at ultra settings. I did add ram because I run additional programs when sim racing.

Pretty good price for 2 years of protection, only like 40 dollars more than the 1 year so it's a better deal. They've had a good track record with other products I needed help with so far so yeah.

I haven't used the protection yet, but it is nice to know I have the protection if needed. I have purchased it for other computers in the past and so far it has been a great insurance policy.

Glad I purchased this plan as my laptop battery was not holding a charge so I brought it into the store between Christmas and New Years and it was sent off to have the battery replaced. A week later it was back in business. Glad I had the protection plan as the battery was internal and needed to be serviced by the factory. I have always had good luck with the Best Buy protection plans!

It's feel a relief knowing that you are protected from virus

Runs games great. Fast boot and runs windows smoothly. Decent price for a pre-built computer. Run all programs with out a glitch.

Is 3 year Geek Squad protection plan is great I bought it for my computer and if I have any issues I can either call or bring it in they are so helpful and I really appreciate the customer service I always Buy Geek Squad insurance with all my appliances and everything I buy from there they have great customer service

A must have especially with electronics. Protection plans do just that; protect. It affords you the opportunity to stay satisfied for products they deem great. If it is not, it goes right back or if you have a severe issue with product they will attempt to fix or it will be replaced. You are paying for a peace of mind.

I've been fortunate not to have had to use this so far (knock on wood), but I've had great past experiences with the Geek Squad. I always buy protection plans on electronics that I know I might damage somehow, just for peace of mind. It's great knowing that Best Buy has excellent technicians who've got my back if I need their help.

They were helpful when I asked them about my issues with my previous PC. A bit expensive but they get the job done in an efficient manner. But hey it's Washington State. Everything is expensive here if you want good quality service! I purchased their one year support. So far so great!

They've helped repair my phone and exchange my PC. Customer service has always been excellent and a breeze to work with. I'm not tech savvy at all but Geek Squad has helped me tremendously.
